North Point Farm, L.L.C. is located in historic Litchfield, Connecticut and was started in 2007 by the farm’s owners, Tim and Ann Egan.  The farm, surrounded by forest and land trust property, sits on top of scenic Prospect Mountain and provides an ideal setting for the breeding, raising and training of Percheron Horses.

Our farm focuses on quality, not compromise and specializes in purebred Percheron performance horses that exhibit action, athleticism, beauty and tractable temperaments.

In 2011, the Egans started an equine crygenics program with a lab facility containing state-of-the-art equipment. With an understanding of what makes frozen semen work, and a 100 percent success rate, the Egans are able to offer stallion semen management to both draft and light horse owners.

Looking ahead, the Egans anticipate capitalizing on strong mare families, hard work and dedication, making North Point Farm and its programs even stronger and more competitive.
