The main horse barn was designed and built by Tim's company, Revolutionary Restoration and Building, LLC, using traditional architectural shapes. The goal was a functional horse barn with an aesthetically pleasing exterior.

This 110' x 60' barn contains six mahogany horse stalls, automatic heated watering systems with consumption gauges, equine foot pads, an automatic insecticide system, a full working office which includes a kitchen and full bath, air-conditioning throughout, radiant floor heat, a heated wash stall, tack room, enclosed tractor/trailer bay, separate kitchen for the horses and fire alarms. During foaling season, stalls are equipped with cameras which are fed into the Egans' residence.
